Sometimes we may think the challenges and struggles we face are there to destroy us. It depends on each and everyone of us what we do with all the physiological changes our bodies get into in preparation for the stress. When we are stressed, the body release lots of sugar/carbohydrates which in turn is converted to energy. This reaction is called flight or fight mode. Most of us choose to not use the this opportunity, but spends all these resources to think about what could have, what went wrong, what one should have done and mostly cry ourselves to death.
It's ok to cry, but never allow your tears to block your visual acuity. Look beyond and see the hidden opportunity.
